He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7667img_9436masonjarcarvingIMG_7756BarneyIMG_7730img_9489img_9497new-busimg_9451img_9476IMG_7722-1Barney59069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_n58511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_n62910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7737Barney Barnwell59215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_7738Mammer's Tableimg_9478floridaroombedfloridaroomimg_946463337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_n59346_102803479781774_100001563669413_19480_1443949_nIMG_7708img_9420img_9431img_944159868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nIMG_7695PlumHollow Page 4 Insideimg_9461bunkbedsimg_9422img_9556IMG_7762IMG_7751IMG_7670Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9455img_9508barrelltennroomimg_9449img_9444IMG_7683img_9467img_9424IMG_776658581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_nimg_944761983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_nIMG_7668We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Barney Barnwellimg_9500img_9435www.moonshiners.comBlack SnakeBarney & GeorgeIMG_7779IMG_7800band-at-renees62759_102803913115064_100001563669413_19495_6117789_nimg_9452img_9418img_9432img_9456IMG_7757IMG_7694IMG_7672IMG_7793floridaroomlampIMG_766558746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nRoger Padgett of EvergreenIMG_7760IMG_7733IMG_7795IMG_7758IMG_7750Barneytexasbedimg_9450IMG_7732texasroombeer61800_102802849781837_100001563669413_19453_7128820_nOne of Barney's Tree Spirits61274_102802879781834_100001563669413_19454_1655830_nimg_9480IMG_7767IMG_7664IMG_7788img_9440IMG_7706IMG_767458442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nBarney & DebbieChair Carving - Barney hunts for days to find just the right piece of wood to make a unique carving.
