We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!Roger Padgett of Evergreenimg_9432img_9441img_941761655_102803256448463_100001563669413_19467_7273224_nimg_9577img_948958746_102803029781819_100001563669413_19459_4988976_nimg_949662910_102803499781772_100001563669413_19481_7946044_nIMG_7700img_032663337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nimg_9433band-at-bus-reneesimg_9497Barney Barnwell58442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nimg_9419The Plum Hollow BandBarneyBarney BarnwellIMG_7757bunkbedsIMG_779060363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nBarney BarnwellThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!
