  • IMG_7686IMG_7730IMG_7761We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!img_9456IMG_7791img_9465img_9422img_9476IMG_7787img_9464One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9445IMG_775861983_102803196448469_100001563669413_19465_3935379_n58581_102803279781794_100001563669413_19468_2425823_n61379_102802996448489_100001563669413_19458_4436625_nThis was George (the Possum’s) first “Black Tie” affair. He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it.
