He was a little nervous, but the folks at the Grand Opening of Historic Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC were glad he made it. He was the hit of the night… actually I think he had a little too much Shine!!IMG_7695img_9463img_9516IMG_771459069_102803143115141_100001563669413_19462_4141883_nBarneyimg_9477img_9484img_9449IMG_7701IMG_7757img_9577img_9491IMG_7763IMG_779461686_102804323115023_100001563669413_19507_165049_nIMG_7705GroundhogOne of Barney's Tree SpiritsIMG_7668IMG_7736-1IMG_7766IMG_7774img_953659868_102803073115148_100001563669413_19460_879236_nIMG_7669img_9422IMG_7694Barney BarnwellIMG_773258442_102803396448449_100001563669413_19476_5844377_nIMG_7753img_949958638_102804036448385_100001563669413_19499_2931252_n59318_102803536448435_100001563669413_19482_2106243_n58511_102803569781765_100001563669413_19483_3897565_nimg_9479IMG_7717new-busLodging_RVEntrance_Webimg_9462Barney BarnwellIMG_776060363_102803236448465_100001563669413_19466_6508572_nimg_9497Lodging_PrimitiveCamping_Webimg_9467IMG_7708IMG_7720-1IMG_7778img_9456IMG_770661320_102803456448443_100001563669413_19479_6064439_nIMG_7722-1texasbedwww.moonshiners.comIMG_7801img_9451IMG_779161081_102803879781734_100001563669413_19494_6885807_nBarneyKathy Noonan of South85band-at-reneesIMG_7787floridaroomcouchIMG_7767Barney BarnwellIMG_7664img_9436img_9418Barney Barnwell63337_102803319781790_100001563669413_19469_6280166_nChristy & JaredIMG_7798floridaroomimg_9556img_9445One of Barney's Tree Spiritsimg_9450Black SnakefloridaroombedIMG_7750IMG_7795barrelltennroomBarneyIMG_7709IMG_7796img_0324img_9460IMG_766562569_102803336448455_100001563669413_19470_2393712_nimg_9431IMG_7804Tracy Wyatt of South85Mammer's Table61835_102803103115145_100001563669413_19461_6379650_nIMG_7670img_9475img_9496Roger Padgett of Evergreenimg_9421IMG_7734-159215_102802799781842_100001563669413_19451_3293287_nIMG_7704liquorstillcarvingimg_9500img_9444img_9534IMG_7797Mike Bader of South85IMG_7672img_9478We used to have a pet deer running around the farm — Willard. We named “him” before we fond out that he was a actually a SHE! Barney always said he “never wanted anything he had to feed” but she sure did like milk and lots of it. We even had neighbors bringing milk by. See Willard below and his “stepsister” Christy when she was just a baby deer. We sure do miss you Willard girl!IMG_7779
